Jewlz Smith, IT Support Specialist I
Originally from California, Jewlz moved to Wisconsin to jumpstart her career in technology. Her first job focused on providing technical support to individuals in senior care facilities. From there, she moved into a technical support role at a pharmaceutical company before joining the Cirrus team in the summer of 2022.
Jewlz had years of experience in the food service industry before working in IT. Drawing from these combined experiences, Jewlz demonstrates patience and resilience under pressure in her work. These skills are indispensable for our Support Specialist team, who serve as our customers’ first point of contact for support.

Jewlz enjoys traveling and has been throughout the US, Europe, and Mexico. She has many more destinations on her to-do list and is always looking to try new foods and experience new cultures.
In her free time, Jewlz volunteers at an animal shelter. She loves animals of all kinds and has two cats of her own.
